Why is my link request not processed?

This service doesn't support links under topics.Topics are collection of resources, so you must submit one by one and make sure on the page, there are files and data to download.

If your link is under outlook category, there is a chance that you will not get the files. The reason is some of the files are broken officially and can not be fetched.
